Resolved options to make info private, show friends only, or be public

The profiles of members include two pages.. Details and User Profile. On the Details page, two items have options to make them private, show friends only, or be public. on the second page, those options do not appear. I would like to add those options to the address fields. it is helpful to me as administrator to actually have access to their addresses, but I would like them to have privacy options.

how can I add that option to the User Profile tab area?

Hi,
the tab User Profile comes from a plugin called "User - Profile", this is a plugin already installed in all Joomla installations and normally it is disabled by default. Unfortunately this plugin does not have privacy features.
