Resolved Please explain when "Sync User" is necessary to be performed and what happen when triggered

To get an idea of what "sync user" does exactly pls give a short explanation:

1) when it is necessary to be performed...only when new fields or groups are implemented ?

2) what happens when this function is triggered....create new DB-fields ?

Sync User Button
This button allows you to synchronize existing users (created row in Easy Profile user-table with prefilled name, lastname).

example of usage:
- You install Easy Profile on Joomla with pre-existing Users.
- When a user go to edit profile find that the field firstname and lastname are required but empty!!

This is useful if you have a pre-existing user on your site (but is not required).
