We are new to your component and it will save us a lot of work, we tried the free version and within 2 hours bought the pro version. Thanks for the trial!

Displaying content seems so simple according to your documentation, almost to simple. But ours is not working as designed. We want to display the user variables, but all that displays is the text.

We created a custom HTML module and placed the following code in it. We just want to see something so we used some basic variables.

<p>{user avatar 780}</p>
<p>{user firstname 780}</p>
<p>{user lastname 780}</p>

We are displaying the module on the right side (right position) of our website for simplicity.

Please see attached document. One is the Custom HTML Module, the other is the front end output. You will notice only the TEXT is displayed.

We want to display the user variables, but all that displays is the text.
