Hi,
in your template missing icon classes from Bootstrap, to solve include this CSS file from Joomla:
/media/jui/css/icomoon.css

Add also this CSS rule to your template to fix a minor problem with color for privacy field
.dropdown .caret {border-top-color: #000;}

For each custom field you can enable parameter "Privacy control", see screenshot

hi,
sorry for late reply, it's night for us :D

have you set parameter "Visibility Profiles" to "Private" in Easy Profile options? if yes then this behavior is normal, if entire profile is private al fields are private.

otherwise please post me your site details to check this, you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab
