Resolved Problem of Easyprofile Pro installation

Hi,

I have tried to install Easyprofile Pro. It showed that every thing is installed successfully. However, no options are available for any plugin or the component itself. No table is added to myphpadmin. When I tried to add user-profile to a menu item, the website was broken so I had to delete the EasyProfile Pro.

Any support please,
It is urgent.

we have installed for you :D

This is a strange error, I think this is due to old Joomla version, anyway we will try to investigate.

You have previously installed free version on this site?

Actually, after the pro version failed I have installed the free one for test then removed it again as it fails also.
