Resolved problem on select filed type

hi,
i have a table nations with key NationID and values on Nation.
I would like to add a select field type with this:

tables: #__nations
Column for Value NationID
Column for Text Nation

but the combobox is empty.

Could you help me?

Hi,
table of Nations have same prefix of Joomla Tables (like uvxyz_tablename) ? if not you need to remove "#_" prefix from table parameter

Hi,
nations table is on same DB of Joomla?

I have tried with some Joomla table like users or articles and works.

Can you please post me a screenshot of nations table from some tools like phpMyAdmin?
