- Download from this post the Free version and install it
- After try to install your Pro version

This problem happen in some environment and we will solve with next release

I installed it over the free version and it still doesn't work. What else can we do? Because we need the product at the moment and we already have paid it for it.

you not have configured any Social App, try to go on Administrator->Components->Easy Profile->Option (button)->Social Connect and fill App details.

To get App Keys you need to register an app for each social network (Facebook,Google,Twitter and Linkedin), see docs at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/social-connect-intro

i installed the Social Connect plugin, i enabled it, but in the login page there aren't any buttons to login via social network.

You have installed Social Network plugin (not social connect) and not enabled, Social Connect plugin is already present in Pro package.

Social Connect Plugin allow you to make registration/login via Social Networks (Facebook,Google,Twitter and Linkedin)

Not everything is working fine with easy profile though, the three modules of Easy Profile
Search Module, User List and User Map cannot be published. Please take a look in our site backend. thank you.
