a link like index.php/component/jsn/carl?Itemid= mean that you not have a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile. If there is not a menu item for some component then Joomla assign default layout.

To solve this problem you can simply create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile

sorry but this is not possible natively and there is not a easy way to do this.

Complex alternatives require many PHP and Joomla dev knowledges, for example
- Create an override of Users Lists to set the links to the article and pass a user id variable (for example a link like http://yourdomain/article-link?user=ID)
- Create an override for article view where if is available GET var "user" show fields

OK, I try to find a solution ... I can add a article tab in the user profile screen. Is it possible not to see an article written by the user displayed, but an article written by someone else (or an article with no author)?`

It is not possible with Articles tab plugin, it only show a list of displayed user articles, but it's possible to create another plugin that do this (or edit Articles tab plugin).

Can I ask you that you want to do exactly, maybe there is another solution or a fast workaround that we can suggest you: for example this is easily possible with Joomla custom module (instead Joomla article).

This is what I do: I have a list of users (Easy Profile > List), and when I select a user, I see its details. OK.
But now: I want to print a contract with user data (NOT with the data from the user that logged in, but with the data form the user I selected ...)
