Hi,

I have bought the component and I try to configure all the default fields but they are not available (fade fields).

Checking your documentation on http://docs.easy-profile.com/article/sql-custom-where does not help me at all because I do not know how to do anything about SQL.

Can you please help me to put the fields on the screenshot available (e.g.: change The status of the Username field)

Thank you

Regards,

Hi,
this is a normal thing, to manage core fields you need to use Easy Profile Options ("options" button at top right). Keep in mind the all core fields are needed by Joomla.

Username: How did you disable this field? This operation should not be allowed :o Username is needed by Joomla, anyway you can hide this field by set "Login Type" parameter to "Email" in Easy Profile Options

Middlename, Lastname: you can manage these fields with parameter "Name Style" in Easy Profile options, these fields are useful to build Joomla name.

Avatar: you can enable/disable from "Avatar" parameter in Easy Profile options

All others core fields are always necessary and required by Joomla.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it was night for us.

Username field must be always enabled, it is required by Joomla. I don't know how you have disabled this :o

Please post me your site details, we will fix this for you; you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.

Hi,
you should publish core fields from DB: in the table called #__jsn_fields set published column to 1 for these core fields.
