Resolved Profile confirmation by admin?

Hi

I want some Extrafields for a Special User-Group called "Experts".
I can do this with "Availabiltiy". So only the Expert is able to fill out all this Extrafields.

But these Additional profile information should only be displayed to the public once it has been confirmed by an administrator.
Is this possible?
