Hi, there is a conflict with conditions.

for example see "videos" fields behavior with conditions on "paid plan" field:
Conditions 2:
if contain custom value "1" show Videos field else hide (because conditions have 2 ways)
Condition 6:
if contain custom value "2" hide Videos field else show (because conditions have 2 ways)

Now in your screenshot user "John P. Hancock" have set "nothing" so:
Condition 2 hide Videos field and Condition 6 show, this create a conflict
