Resolved Profile pics: cropping tool

I've noticed that images uploaded as avatars do not crop to a standard size. I've tried cropping my own photos there but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. Ideally, I'd like to see photos cropped automatically to a standard size.

It would also be nice to choose from uploaded photos. If I have a photo that I used before as avatar and then changed it, it seems I have to upload it again. Right now to change the photo, only options are to upload or use webcam. An option to choose from already uploaded photos would be great!

Have you tried also other upload methods from Joomla Administration->Components->Easy Profile->Avatar->Options Image Field->Upload Method?
