Upon completing my custom registration form (Easy Profile) on the frontend and clicking submit, an error message appears "Error: enter name". It will not allow sucessful registration on the frontend.

What I think may be the problem:
When I created the form fields, one of the required fields was "name", which I needed to be First Name (I added Last Name as an additional field). I am thinking that I may have edited the alias to say firstname, when I should have left it blank. (don't remember). Now I am not able to edit or delete the alias, or even figure out if it is the problem. Please help or advise.
