Resolved Registration Form

Good morning, I have a problem I can not get it to look good in the registration form, tabs do not work, have proven with several templates, I installed a plugin to resolve conflicts with jquery. Still not working for me. It also shows me the registration Required fields twice.

Can you help?

Hi,
you have a mixed registration form with K2 and Easy Profile, try to disable K2 User profile from Administration->Components->K2->Options
