Resolved Remove Option List value

Hi,

I have one profile field with a option list;

0|option 1
1|option 2
2|option 3
3|option 4
4|...
5|...

I want to remove one option and add a new option.

Can I remove one line (e.g. "2|option 3";), and add a new line (e.g. 6|nieuw option)?
