Resolved Resume form during registration in case of errors

Info:
Joomla ver. 3.7.4
Easy Profile Pro ver. 2.4.4

Reproduction of the problem:
1. Needed 3 types of fields:
- Avatar (image)
- Textarea
- File (with some allowed ext.)
2. Filling the fields:
- filled Avatar with image,
- filled textarea (words with spaces),
- filled file field WITH UNACCEPTABLE EXTENSION
3. Click register and now:
- avatar field IS CLEARED (any upload fields too)
- text in textarea field is with A LOT OF "+" SIGNS INSTEAD OF SPACES
4. The problem does not occur until the form validate file type extension; validation works okay if file type field is blanc/clear.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance! I attached link to my form.

Yes, this is an expected behavior, unfortunately there is not way to resume uploads, we will work to find some workaround to avoid this behavior.

- text in textarea field is with A LOT OF "+" SIGNS INSTEAD OF SPACES
This should be fixed in latest 2.4.6 version.

Okay, I'll upgrade component to latest version then.

Yes, this is an expected behavior, unfortunately there is not way to resume uploads, we will work to find some workaround to avoid this behavior.

Maybe the fastest solution will be checking only if name of file to upload contains ".doc" or any indicated file ext. The deeper verification of mime type etc. will be proceed of course on sending (like now but in the 2nd stage). This solution is good for situations when people do not read comprehension...

Hi,
yes the client side validation is the better way to avoid this. We will try to add this in next release.
