First, sorry about my poor english.

I'm creating a teachers database. One of the fields is the title of their PhD thesis. Image a teacher with this tesis: "The incredible Marvel Superheroes". If u are going to make a search by this field and you write "Marvel Superheroes", u will find the teacher. But if you write "Incredible Superheroes" u won't. The coincidence of the strings must be exact. I'd like to see the teacher because the two words i have written are in his Tesis name. The same happens if I write "Superheroes Marvel".

So i need all the words in the search field to be searched individually and the results which contain all the words. Is this possible? Any idea?
