Resolved Search selectlist not working

Hello, I bought the Pro version.
But just found out that I never installed it :o
So I installed 1.1.7
Now a search field isn't working anymore. It's a select list search. I enabled all plugins.

Hope you can give me a hint on wat's going wrong

I found the problem, you used wrong format options. see screenshot with correct format (and with mouseover for tip)!;)
