Resolved search string to receive search results for specific location

Is it possible to construct a URL with the content plugin that witll return a search results based on the data retrieved from a user?

example: on profile page i display a module where i show city and country of a user with the help of the content plugin.
Now I want to create a URL that passes to the search page with these parameters. I managed to do so but the page needs to refresh in order to retun the results. any idea?
