Resolved Social Connect Icons ONLY?

Hi There,

I don't have space on my site for the full social connect icon AND text wording of facebook, twitter and linkedin. Therefore, can you please notify me how I can have just the Icons without the text?

If you check my site, you will see on the left side I have highlighted in red what I need to keep as in the Icons ONLY, is this possible please and if so how - I'm desperate as it affects the flow of my draft site so much keeping the text too.
