Resolved Social Network reinstall trouble tables missing

Hi

After reintall Social Network i have trouble , no table in sql database rebuild after reinstallation table missing i have remove plugin but table always missing

Thx for your help

What tjhe correct method to remove Social Network plugin ?

Hi Dave, sorry for late reply. it's a weekend for us and our Office is closed. Please post me your site details (you can use the form below the reply in "site details" tab) we will reinstall for you and check this problem.

To uninstall the plugin follow these steps:
- Go on Administrator->Extensions->Extension Manager->Manage and remove following package:
Easy Profile - Social Network,Socialnetwork View,pkg_jsnsocial.

Uninstall not remove table in database and uploaded file.

Hi,
to fix this problem you can do this:
- unzip SocialNetworkPlugin.zip
- install only this file packages/socialnetwork_final.zip

Still another problem :( : last week we have found an incompatibility with plugin "System - Widgetkit ZOO". so with Zoo work, with widgetkit work, with zoo + widgetkit + plugin "System - Widgetkit ZOO" not work. You can use Zoo and Widgetkit but you must disable this plugin.

we are working to solve this issue.;)
