I noticed that the Edit profile does not look anything like what is demonstrated on your site when included in my site. I've attached member list, view profile and edit profile screen shots below. Can you tell me what could be happening here to make these views so drastically different from what is on the demo site? Profile View and member List were also not presenting well until I switched "Include Bootstrap CSS" to Yes in the General Settings.
