Resolved Track when User accepts contact

Is it possible to track this situation, please?

When a user from one Usergroup (mentees) contacts a user in other Usergroup (Mentors) via email through the site, can we find out if the Mentor responded? ie database search: Accepted/rejected a contact

How would I add this accept/reject option?

Hi,
sorry this is not possible with Joomla contact component, Joomla component simply launch an email, so you can't track replies...maybe you can try something like UddeIm http://www.slabihoud.de/software/id4001.htm (we have also a plugin that add a contact button in profile page)
