Could you please tell me in which file I can find the word "Articles" so that I can translate it? (See attachment)
I have found "Social", cannot find "Articles".

Hi,
you can customize "Articles" from Article tab plugin options (Extensions->Plugins->Easy Profile - Articles Tab).
You can use a normal string as title or a Joomla Language Constant if you use a multilanguage site.
About "Member Albums": it is a category name, you can customize it from Admin Panel->Categories Manager
