Hi,
I have just installed Easy Profile Pro 1.3.9 and I am unable to configure the profile page.
After installation it was working (although not as I wanted), but now it is not.

Testing:
If you log-in to the front-end here: http://www.livefitlivelean.com/index.php/login
username: [email protected]
password: password

... you will be automatically redirected to the Profile Page "http://www.livefitlivelean.com/index.php/account/profile";
I'm not sure why, but the User Profile page will no longer display?! You just get redirected to the website homepage!

Have I accidentally disabled (or enabled) a plugin plugin I wasn't supposed to? or done something else to cause this?
The Profile page was displaying initially (after installation).

Hi,
Hi, sorry this is not possible, Easy Profile extends Joomla User profile (not replace), so Edit profile page is the same of Joomla*.
You will find this code into /components/com_users/views/profile/tmpl/edit.php

So copy this file into /templates/your-template-folder/html/com_users/profile/edit.php and make your changes (this is a Joomla template override feature)

Hi,
the problem is due to K2 user, profile.
unfortunately K2 add their custom fields (Gender,description,...) via System plugin, not via User plugin, this is a bad way and create conflict with others User Plugins.

You need to disable K2 user profiling from Components->K2->Parameters->Advanced tab->Enable K2 User Profile

Still I have see some display issue with your template, you need to add this code in your CSS style to fix field list in profile page (screenshots)
.dl-horizontal dd{display:block}

Thanks very much for that. It's almost working how it should now.
I've noticed one more issue ...

If a front-end user is on their "Profile" page and clicks > "Edit" > and then clicks on "Cancel" ... the user is automatically redirected to the homepage.
Where they should be redirected back to their "Profile" page if clicking on the "Cancel" button.

Is this an error on my part that I have not configured somewhere in settings?

Custom fields are added by User Plugin and tabs are generated by Javascript

Ok, that's no problem. I really appreciate your help. Thank you very much!

I've just noticed a problem on the "Edit Profile" page. I have set the page information to display in "tabs", but there seems to be something wrong. The 'tabs/text' are not display properly and the 'privacy selector' is opening in the wrong place.

Is this another CSS template error?

Not, this is due by template overriding. I have renamed file /templates/jm_creatrix/html/com_users/profile/edit.php into /templates/jm_creatrix/html/com_users/profile/oldEdit.php and now tabs works correctly. Easy Profile make tabs with Javascript on original Joomla edit profile, some overrides not is compliant with default template (this is not a error, this is at the discretion of the template, but cause problems with our javascript)

issue of your template: you not show icons because there is some problems, see attachment.

I'm now having a CSS styling issue with the Profile form buttons. It seems that only one of the buttons is styled.

I've inspected the code (using Firebug) and found that the "SUBMIT" button is now "class=validate".
The "CANCEL" button class is almost correct ... it is "class=btn btn-danger" (this is a class from my template).

Can you please point me in the right direction to change the 'class' of the "SUBMIT" and "CANCEL" buttons?
'Submit' needs to be "class=btn btn-primary" ... not "class=validate".
And "Cancel" should be "class=btn btn-default" ... not "class=btn btn-danger".

I have searched the "components/com_jsn" folder on my server and I cannot find the correct file to edit the html/php.
