Resolved Upload pictured failed

I'm trying to change the cover, but for some reason I'm now able to do that. It says " Upload failed", I tried to clean the global caches from the easyprofile admin panel, but no success.

Can somebody help me?

Hi,
in most cases missing PHP EXIF library, try to check* (this is a requirement https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/91-system-requirements-socialnetwork.html)

if missing please contact your provider to enable.

*you can check from Joomla Administration->System->System Information->PHP informations, search "exif" (see screenshot)
