Resolved user creation issue

I am looking for some help with the below issue.

Currently experiencing this error when new user being created both thorugh admin panel and through easy profile page on website by new user :( First time issue with regards to user creation and no changes or updates been carried out on website to cause concern.

this is a 500 error you will find more details in your PHP log. can you post me error detail? also please specify Joomla version and Easy Profile version details

increase memory_limit from PHP configuration, now you have 128M, recommended for production environment is 256M
