Hi - I managed to get a success message for importing users.
But the custom fields I created are not getting populated with content.

I have users in different "User groups" (not only registered).
Could that be the problem?

haha answering to myself - just tested. and yes the problem is that my users are in different user groups.

Is there any workaround ? Thanks

Hi,
sorry I have not understand well, can you please send me your CSV file (maybe with only 2 example rows).

Import plugin do not import usergroups, it add users to default* usergroup (if you import a new user) or leave current usergroup for pre-existing users.

* default usegroup is defined in Administrator->Users->Manage->Options

Hi - I managed to import.
To get values into the custom fields I needed to asign my usergroups temporarily to the default* usergroup.
Then it worked to import. Thank you
