Where can it be adjusted/ configured , to not send out any kind of email for the registered user during the new registration . If i remember well I could set this earlier.

Easy Profile extends Joomla user management (not replace), so
registration is managed by Joomla (not Easy Profile), you can configure it from Administration->Users->Manage->Options
