Is it possible to create Validate Terms of service check box, or radio like picture ?

Hi,
sorry you can't create a label with link. but you can create something like screenshot

In screenshot from this site you will see
1. Required Checkbox field with 1 option
2. HTML Delimiter field with description (with a link to TOS)
Both fields are available only for registration page.
