Resolved Visitors able to view content but needs to signup to be able to comment

I would like to make Visitors be able to view what other users posted but for a visitor to be able to comment, they must first sign up. Please advice on how i can achieve this

which product? Social Network plugin? in social network plugin guest users can't comment activities.
