why my GUI has error message?

You have one or more menu item of type "Users » Registration Form" accessible also from registered users, registered users not need to see this menu item. You should set access only for "Guest" to avoid conflicts.

how I check this to fix error?

Hi,
you should set all menu item of type Users->Registration Form with Access "Guest" from Administration->Menus->All menu Items, see screenshots.

If you set access to "Public" this mean that this menu item is available also for already registered users, and this no make a sense.
