Resolved about tabs on registration

i have some tabs & fields with position 'visible on registration'.
Unfortunatly, none tabs appears on registration form.

what did i miss?

PS: i use JRPASSPHARSE but even deactivated, problem still exists

Hi,
please check if "avaibility for " parameter for groups and fields is set to "Public".

if not, please send me a backend access to check your configuration.
