if I want the Avatar image in Users List (Table) bigger and square(not circle), how can I do ?

you can remove a class that makes circle avatar in Components->Easy Profile->Avatar->Options Image field Tab->Class attribute parameter.
you can use simple CSS to set size of image like:

table.listusers img {

    width: 200px;

}

and another question is complicated. it is about the multi language web.

1. about Avatar image, in page1 the avatar image width is 80px because I edit the template custom css, but in page3,4 and other pages why the image width is still 47px ? how to fix it ? is it possible to make all avatar image in all page the same width ?

Hi,

1) the width of table columns is autosized based on content, in some page you have long names and in other short names. In your CSS template you have a more stronger rule that set width of image to 100% and ignore your rule. So to fix this you can use in your custom.css some code like this:

table.listusers img {

    width: 80px;

    max-width: none;

}

2) Yes, you can do this with CSS (also this is set by template CSS)

table.listusers td{

    vertical-align:middle;

}

3) With CSS you can do this, for example to change background of your first column you can use this code:

table.listusers td:nth-child(1) {

    background: #ccc !important;

}

4) Pagination not come from Easy Profile, it come directly from Joomla, so language strings are the same of Joomla. You can change language string value but this change all these string in all site (probably also on backend), you can override language string value from Administration->Extensions->Languages->Overrides and constants should be*:
- JLIB_HTML_START
- JPREV
- JNEXT
- JLIB_HTML_END

*it's possible that your template override Joomla pagination layout, so language strings may not be those above.
