Easy Profile is a profiler extension, so it is designed to add properties to a user entity. In your example I see that you add professional experiences, but this is another entity, and this entity is associated to an user (like articles for examples). So, for now, we do not plan to add something like this, I recommend you to use a dedicated component that met your needs
