Resolved Alternative to Google Maps

Hi,

As per https://mapsplatform.googleblog.com/2018/05/introducing-google-maps-platform.html Google Maps users are now required to open a billing account and provide a credit card number.

This is not an appealing prospect or simple operation for many of my clients.

I have been able to switch to https://www.openstreetmap.org for simple location maps and this works reasonably well.

Is there any plan to provide any alternatives to Google Maps in Easy Profile?

Hi,
sorry but we can't reply now to this question, because we does not have experience with openstreetmap.org. We need to check if this service provide all the features we need, and of course we need to study their APIs.

So for now we can not implement this service as GMap alternative.
