I have one question about an avatar upload and crop/size function. Is it possible to add white background when the graphic isn't proportional and could be cropped? I attach two images to explain better.

This solution would be great for business forms, when the avatar is not a face or something but firm's logo. Not all employees of corporates are graphic designers ;-)
