When viewing a new user account in the back end, the avatar image selected by the user upon registration is missing. I have tried several photo formats and sizes but nothings is working.

I have tried the following combinations, none of those working as well:

Joomal 3.3.3, 3.3.4, 3.3.6 and EP 1.3.3
Joomla 3.3.6 and EP 1.3.4

Please take a look at the images attached for better appreciation of this bug.

Hi,
sorry for late, now it's fixed :D

what have I done:
- Disabled K2 User profile: from Administration->Components->K2->parameters->Advanced
- Add attribute enctype="multipart/form-data" on file /templates/jsn_venture_pro/html/com_users/registration/default.php at line 35
Before:
<form id="member-registration" action="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_users&task=registration.register'); ?>" method="post" class="form-validate form-horizontal">

Now:
<form enctype="multipart/form-data" id="member-registration" action="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_users&task=registration.register'); ?>" method="post" class="form-validate form-horizontal">

I forgot to mention that I can upload the avatar image from the back end without any issues. That's what you can see in previous screen shoots 3 and 4 in the sequence.

But what I'm looking for is letting the users upload their own pictures as the registration form is intended to do.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it was weekend for us.

I think this:
Your template override Joomla original registration template. But missing the attribute enctype="multipart/form-data" in form declaration.
So from this form You can't upload any files from registration (even avatar).

Attribute enctype is in Joomla code from J3.0, but many template provider forget to add it.

I'm using Joomlashine JSN Venture template, the main reason I decided to go with easy-profile. Is there a way to resolve this issue? any clue or advice on what piece of code to add and where?

Thank you in advance.
