Hi,
fixed,

this is a small bug, we have some reserved word for alias of fields but not word "ID".
you had a field with this alias so it make a conflict with Joomla User ID. Now I have recreate your field with alias "id_number" and all works.

I have also enabled "Prepare Content" from your HTML custom module, see screenshots

i see this extension on your site and see your demo .And it was decided to purchase the Pro version.
But what I see, not even like on the site. if all thing depend on Theme and your Customize . you should say this to your customer !!! befor they buy it .
you should say please buy this extension with urban joomla art template together.

We have a free version, have you tried before buy?

you should say please buy this extension with urban joomla art template together.
as I said easy-profile.com is not DEMO a site. Anyway layout of free version is the same of pro version.

Hi,
I have some problem to access on your site, I have also created a new account but when I try to login it not works.

Also when I try to go on Reset password for this new account I get this message (see screenshot)

TIP ABOUT CONTENT PLUGIN AND HTML CUSTOM MODULE:
to load Joomla Content Plugins the HTML Custom module require the parameter "Prepare Content" enabled
