Resolved Avatars not shown on profiles

Hello,

I just noticed that the user avatars are still shown on the userlist, but not on the profiles anymore. If I try to edit them or upload a new one, it does not work. It has always worked fine, but now suddenly it does not.
Please see attached screenshots. Hope you can help. It's urgent.
