Easy Profile - Joomla Extension

No sorry, this is not possible. Keep in mind that Social Network Plugin is not a comment extension. You can block profile page only to owner and admins but in profile page there are activities (each activity have own comments) that can be shown also in other parts of the site.

Q2. Yes, you can use delimiter custom field (available only for Basic/Pro members), it allow to add static text in all profile page in the field position. This field trigger also Joomla Content Plugin (docs at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/html-delimiter-field-type)
Q3. We have Image and File field type, and now is not possible to store files in different folder for each user, but this is a good point, we will add this in our TODO list

I think Easy Profile not met your requirements, you need to use some dedicated extensions, there are many critical points:
- No Rating System
. No Audio playback
- No file approval
- No time limit (i.e. 1 file each day)
