We are currently using Basic since November 2014 and so far everything is great. We have recent need to include a google map in our listing. Following are my questions prior upgrade:

1. Where does actual google map appear if we present our listing in table list manner. can it appear together in the same row as other user details?
2. How much will it cost me to upgrade considering that I already purchased the Basic version?

sorry this is not possible, you can include one single map with all pins, like maps on our home page

Our goal is to make the google map appear in a row beside each users' info (please see attached as sample). Is this possible with the Pro version? If not, is there an option for a custom field to embed script which will call a google map?

To show map you need to use User Map Module, this module have a option to sync users with result of listi (users table or users list).
You can put this module in some template position like all other modules, also you can choose to see this module only on selected pages (in your case on Table list menu item).

2. How much will it cost me to upgrade considering that I already purchased the Basic version?
You can go on Account->Subscription to upgrade your Basic membership to Pro membership. Upgrade will create a new subscription with expire from 1 year from today, you get a discount on "Current Plan Unutilized Amount".
So your upgrade today will cost about €26 (~€3,70 of discount for 70 days remainder) and the Pro subscription will expire in August next year.
