Hi i have added a field for birth date but i can't use the calendar icon. What i have to do to solve this problem?

Hi,
you have two different version of jQuery libraries. this cause javascript error and increases the weight of the page.

From Joomla 3.x to remove Bootstrap and jQuery conflict, the right way to load these libraries is to use Joomla API. Your template load own jquery library without to use Joomla API.

Easy Profile extends Joomla user profile (not replace), Joomla com_users component already load jquery library.
