Have you these PHP extensions on your site: GD PHP Library, EXIF Support, Curl PHP Library, PDO Mysql Library (see minimun requirements at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/social-network-requirements)? you can check this from Joomla Administration->System->System Information->PHP Information.

Have you created a field of type "Date" in Easy Profile? in plugin options for birthday there is a list of "Date" type fields.

It took you two days and only responded to me after I file a complaint with Paypal. Look, just make it easy on both of us and refund my money. And yes, your app is junk. I would never put this crap on my website. I have been using Joomla for 10 years and never have I seen a component that needs so much work to fix and most of them are free. The fact that you will not give a refund says your company sucks. For this reason alone I would never out your app on my website. I wouldn't want other people to get the same crappy service and software. This message is my last. I will waste no more time here but I am going to warn my 60,000 subscribers on YouTube never to buy your crap. So I would think the cheaper option for you would be to just refund my money and try to salvage your reputation. I imagine you are going to delete this conversation anyway but I have documented the whole thing so go ahead. Bye

If your company was reputable you would happily refund my money because I am not happy with the product or your service. At this point I would never put your component on any of my websites. I'll give you a a day or so to decide if it's worth $30 to you then I will release a video I already have made on YouTube warning people not to get involved with you or your products. I challenge you to even show links of real sites where it is working. I haven't seen any.
