Hi I, tried to install userimport in my local test environement Webmatrix. The installation fails with the following error codes:

Waarschuwing

JFolder::create: Pad bevindt zich niet in open_basedir pad

JFolder: :bestanden: Pad is geen map. Pad: tmp/install_5592a4e27d99c

JFolder: :map: Pad is geen map. Pad: tmp/install_5592a4e27d99c

JFolder: :bestanden: Pad is geen map. Pad: tmp/install_5592a4e27d99c

JInstaller: :Installeren: Kan Joomla XML instellingenbestand niet vinden

A similar problem was resolved by a fresh download. I did this now twice, unfortunately to no avail.

Could this be due to the fact that userimport is still a beta version? Is there simple solution to resolve this?

regards Hugo

Sorry but I have no idea what does not work, in our tests the packages and all plugins are installed correctly in Webmatrix environment, you can try the manual installations:
- Unzip plugin file in tmp directory
- Go to Joomla installer
- Choose install from directory

or

- extract Zip file into /plugins/jsn/userimport/ (create directory if not exist)
- go to Extensions->Extensions manager->discover (left menu)
- click on "discover" Button

I have updated one not up-to-date extensions in Webmatrix. Deleted all old files from userimport. Downloaded a fresh file from the site and still the installation fails.
I have tried on both IE11 and on FF.
Next I have followed the instructions of Joomla for a manual installation. This did not work either.

The difference may be in the installation of Webmatrix. these are the data from my installation:

Version 3.0

WebMatrix: 7.1.1932.0
IIS Express: 7.1.1190.0
.NET Framework: 4.0.30319.34209 built by: FX452RTMGDR
Web Deploy: 7.1.1764.0
Web Platform Installer: 7.1.50430.0
ASP.NET Web Pages: 2.0.20715.0
ASP.NET Web Pages: 1.0.20105.407

Hi

Sorry for the late reply,i have been out for a number of days.
Unfortunately the new file does not work. Whatever I try, it keeps coming back with an error message urging me enter a package file.

Without much understanding, I have roughly compared the JSN free and the userimport, and in the first there is a file which can be understood as a package file.

Hope you can shine some light on this issue,

thanks, Hugo
