Is there a way to graph users on a map? I imagine this would require a separate piece/extension...

Can user addresses be pulled from EasyProfile and mapped on a map?

For now we not have a module that does this.
Easy Profile is a young component.
In future we will develop for pro members.

Currently we are working to:
Acymailing Tab and filter integrations (for pro member)
Usergroup based on field values (for pro member)
THE BIG plugin Jsn Social Network (Friendships, Follow like twitter, Groups, Events, Photo and Albums,Video, Forum, Blog,Link like Digg-style, Newsfeed, Instant chat, online notification,Private Message, etc...). (We still have to decide trade policy)

JSN Social Network ---- 1/2 month
Usergroup Plugin ---- 1/2 week

For now if you want a usergroups plugin you can write a plugin based on our skeleton plugin:
see docs: http://www.easy-profile.com/docs/44-triggers.html
see this post with code example: http://www.easy-profile.com/support/access-privileges.html#reply-871
But requires a minimum knowledge of php

Joomla have two useful static function in your API:
- JUserHelper::addUserToGroup(id of user)
- JUserHelper::removeUserFromGroup(id of user)
