I think it's pretty obvious that this is yet another extension that is just not going to survive migration to Joomla 4. We all pretty much know this, but I wish the development team would just make an official statement like others have done. Trust me, I understand how much Joomla core dev team has crapped on third party developers and don't blame them one bit for just throwing in the towel.
At the very least, as one last good deed for those who have supported this extension, it would be much appreciated if the codebase were updated to work properly with PHP 8.2. Some of us are not going to use Joomla 4. I for one am sick and tired of Joomla core dev team BS of constantly breaking stuff and flat-out refusing to listen to its user base. I for one have had enough, and if I can will stick with Joomla 3 until I find a real substitute. (TLDR; there really is no good substitute for Joomla in terms of ease of use and robust extension capabilities - it's really BAD out here in these CMS streets.)
Or, if you're going to turn the lights out, release the entire code base to GitHub so that others can do what's needed to keep this alive.
