I would like my membership list page to look like yours, but when i set it up the page is a single list and when a member is clicked it just takes me to the home page. any help or advice would be much appreciated.

try to create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User profile ;)

ok that fixed the look, but when you click on a member it still goes to the home page instead of the users profile

try this:
- User menu itm of type Users List instead User table
- in parameter of menu item set 2 columns
- if not work try to go into Easy Profile options and enable "Include Bootstrap CSS files"
