Hi,
when a user changes his password, then the user profile looses his ACL-entries.

In my case - upon registering, the user can select, if he wants to OFFER Services or BOOK Services. So lets say in first case, in ACL, the user is ticked on "Registered" and "Offer Services".

When the user changes the password, both ACL-entries are deleted, therefore the user cannot use the profile or login anymore!

Did I forget something in the configuration of Easy Profile?

Thanks

OK great. I thought I also must define REGISTERED in the condition, otherwise, this will not be assigned.

I removed it and set all Inverse Conditions to "No" - all seems to work now!

Thx!

Hi,
see screenshot. You have condition never met that remove user from "Registered" Usergroup (This is the main usergroups for users).

Condition called "Reinigungsdienste ANBIETEN":
if field is equal to Custom Value "Reinigungsdienste ANBIETEN" then add to usergroups "Registered" and "OFFER Services" otherwise (because "Make Inverse condition" is set to yes) remove from usergroups "Registered" and "OFFER Services"

This condition is never met because this select field does not have option with value "Reinigungsdienste ANBIETEN", so users are always removed from Main Joomla Usergroups (this usergroup can be set from Users->Manage->Options).

IMPORTANT NOTE AND SOLUTION: "Registered" usergroup is always assigned by Joomla and it is required, so we recommend to remove it from all conditions.

I also temporarily disabled the FW for you, because de-activation is working automatically obviously - even if I re-activate...

Now I get message "You are a spammer, hacker or an otherwise bad person. If you are the administrator of this site and have blocked yourself on accident please visit XXXXXXX where [email protected] is the email address of your (Super User) account."

Can you please disable all firewall components?
