now it works.. is very strange inside some divs constelations it not works.

this can be due to copy/paste of the code, for example HTML code copied could become something like

<span>{user</span> field alias}

So you will see correct code in the HTML editor but the code will be not parsed correctly.

If you encounter in this problem then try to check the HTML code.

I have always the editor disabled =) I was very busy to finish the site for presentation, so I couldnt do any troubleshooting. But maybe there is really an issue. I have so many website to create at the moment with your fantastic component that I will have some time to find it out when it occurs again. The most of the websites are really enterprise standard and just with these little extensions like Google Maps users importing brings with your good support to a next level enterprise component. I really like it. and I am very pleased to see how expandable the application is and how interested you are. Thank you again for all your time and efforts!

But maybe there is really an issue

We will make some internal tests, however if it's not dirty HTML then the only reason that comes to mind is some problem with the character encoding. So we recommend always to write manually the shortcode and does not use copy/paste function.
